# Cognibrex

> Cognibrex Technologies Private Limited (India) is a computational neuroscience company. It builds working, checkable models of the brain, from the molecular dynamics of AI-designed peptides against amyloid-β42 to clinical language processing for psychiatry, and it is the company behind the Neulish mental-wellness app (https://neulish.com).

The Cognibrex Instrument Hall is a set of eight live computational instruments that run entirely in a web browser, ordered by the physical scale they model (ångström to text corpus). Access is by request for researchers, clinicians, students, research-led companies and investors; a person reviews each request at https://cognibrex.com/#access.

All instruments are research software. The models are computational hypotheses: none is a medical device, none gives a diagnosis, and no peptide shown has been tested in a wet lab.

## Products in development

- CLARA (Neulishlabs): AI-designed peptides against Alzheimer's disease. Generative design, ESMFold structure prediction, multi-objective scoring and Pareto selection of short peptides that target amyloid-β42, with live Langevin molecular dynamics. Status: in-silico pipeline, 150 candidates scored, 38 predicted structures.
- NeuroScope Sleep: whole-night sleep staging from a single EEG channel. LightGBM on 258 spectral and temporal features; Cohen's kappa 0.798 on held-out Sleep-EDF subjects; reads EDF, EDF+, BDF, CSV/TSV (OpenBCI, Muse, Unicorn) and WAV; runs in the browser with no upload. Status: validated research model.
- Neulish AI: passive detection of bipolar mood episodes and stress from speech emotion and wearables, with causal early-warning signals. Status: research.
- MindNER: psychiatric clinical NLP — entity extraction (8 types), NegEx-style negation, ICD-10-CM / DSM-5 coding, de-identification. Status: prototype.
- Brain dynamics models: a CRH–ACTH–cortisol (HPA axis) model with glucocorticoid feedback and an autonomic heart; a triple-well Langevin mood landscape with critical slowing down; an AT(N) amyloid–tau–neurodegeneration cascade with 2,000-draw Monte-Carlo projection. Status: research simulations.
- Neulish: mental-wellness companion app with AI voice and chat, GAD-7 and WHO-5 check-ins and licensed psychologists. Status: live on the App Store and Google Play.
